We have put in place a quality follow-up process allowing us to monitor and control the quality of our productions and our interventions. Everyone who attends interventions that we organize or who consults documents that we have published is systematically invited to share their feelings and send us their comments through the Quality Control Form. WOCSA commits to analysing and processing all your feedbacks in order to improve the quality of our productions and interventions.

Publications and presentations labellized 'WOCSA' comply with this quality charter. In order to ensure the same level of quality worldwide, labeled WOCSA productions can only be used for conferences or public interventions (whatever their nature) by speakers referenced by the association and active members.
